Imran Siddiquee is a writer and filmmaker challenging systems of domination. Their writing on white supremacy, patriarchy, and popular media has been published by The Atlantic, Bitch Magazine, Buzzfeed, Literary Hub, Longreads, and others. They are the current Chief Communications Officer for BlackStar Projects, home of the BlackStar Film Festival and Seen, a journal of film and visual culture. Imran is also a co-creator of the South Asian American Digital Archive’s Revolution Remix Walking Tour in Philadelphia, which they help lead.
