Join us Sunday, November 2 at 1PM for a screening of Elia Suleiman’s Divine Intervention (2002). This event is co-hosted with Filmlab Palestine and is a part of the annual Palestine Cinema Days Festival.

Film Description: In Nazareth, absurd daily life hides deep tension. E.S. navigates between caring for his ailing father and a relationship with a woman from Ramallah, separated by an Israeli checkpoint. Their love, confined to a deserted lot, struggles under occupation. Political reality invades their intimacy, sparking surreal fantasies where desire resists siege, yet reality’s grip proves unrelenting.
