Safira Moreira
Director
Safira Moreira is a brazilian black director and Sundance Institute Documentary Film program grantee. She directed the documentary short films Travessia (2017), Nascente (2020), and Alágbedé (2021). Cais, her first feature film, received support from Rumos Itaú, the Avon Women’s Fund, and the Sundance Documentary Fund.
