Stephanie Etienne

Director

Stéphanie Etienne is a midwife, herbalist and filmmaker. Her work centers sexual and reproductive health as spaces for empowerment and self-discovery. She lives in Baltimore and is honored to be called “Mama” by three amazing humans. Listen to Me is her first film.

Kanika Harris

Director

Kanika Harris, PhD, MPH is the Executive Director of a non profit organization based in Washington, D.C. Her work focuses birth equity and reproductive health. Kanika is a mother of three, near-miss survivor, and doula. Listen to Me is her first film.
