A film still from Oceania shows a dark, seemingly boundless room. A spotlight illuminates a platform holding two bodies, lying face up, covered from the chest down with a sheet. At the head of the platform stands a small group of people dressed in black suits and dresses, each holding a flower. A short distance away, another man in a suit faces them. He stands between two hollowed three-dimensional rectangles that sink into the ground.
