Farrah Rahaman

Farrah Rahaman is a Trinidadian cultural worker who approaches media in its most consequential understanding, being attuned to the forms of artistic expression that mediate and mediatize liberation practices and potentials. Through her scholarship, space-making, and creative pursuits, Farrah claims her work in the tradition of radical, decolonial praxis. Most recently, she is the creator of a performance intensive study circle dedicated to the life and legacy of Claudia Jones. Farrah is also the panel producer at BlackStar Film Festival.
