Majid Bita

Majid Bita is a freelance illustrator and storyboard artist for films, music video clips, and animation. He was born in Iran in 1985. After studying graphic design in his home country, he moved to Italy in 2014 to specialize in painting and the language of comics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, where he currently lives and works. He published the graphic novel Nato in Iran (Canicola Edizioni, Italy, 2023) and Né en Iran (Gallimard, France, 2024). He's collaborated with European publications such as Internazionale, Domani Editoriale, Asini, Hamelin in Italy, Stripgids in Belgium, and the French newspaper Libération.
